It also has a perpetual calendar that automatically adjusts for odd and even months and leap years through 2100. It has a large, round watch case that measures 1.6 inches in diameter and it features a slightly raised gold-tone bezel. The blue dial background sports gold stick dial markers and thin gold hands (with a second hand). It has a date function with a magnified window at 3 o'clock that can also display the month. The watch case flows seamlessly into the link bracelet band which features brushed silver stainless steel pieces with gold-tone accents. Other features include Japanese quartz movement, battery life indicator, a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, and water resistance to 50 meters (165 feet).
